The meeting will discuss the re-election of Li Tingbin, Lung Yu, and Man Yong Gang as independent directors and the re-election of Eddy Georges Skaf and Nicholas Paul Collins as non-executive directors. In addition, the meeting will decide whether to renew the appointment of Pewahong Road Central Accounting Firm as auditor and authorize the Board of Directors to determine its remuneration.
