(the “Company”) will hold its Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024 at Quintai Hotel Beijing to discuss matters including the audit of the 2023 financial statements, the declaration of final dividends, election and remuneration of directors, and the renewal of auditors. The meeting will vote on the Board's proposals to issue new shares, share buybacks, and discuss potential crypto purchase authorizations totaling no more than $100 million. Transfer registration of shares will be suspended from 7 to 13 June 2024 in order to determine the status of shareholders attending the General Meeting, and registration for determining eligibility for final dividends will be suspended from 19 to 21 June.
