JINYUAN HYDROGENATED SUCCESSFULLY HELD ITS 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 22 MAY 2024. ALL RESOLUTIONS AT THE MEETING WERE APPROVED BY THE MAJORITY OF SHAREHOLDERS. THE RESOLUTION INCLUDES THE APPROVAL OF THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023, REPORTS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDITOR REPORTS, AND ANNUAL REPORTS. In addition, the shareholders also agreed to pay a final dividend of RMB0.02 per share and to appoint DPRK Accountants as the company's auditor until the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The final dividend is expected to be paid on or before 19 July 2024. The H dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at the exchange rate announced by the People's Bank of China. Approximately 75.02% of the shares were present at the Annual General Meeting and no shares were excluded from the voting results.
