THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS CHAIRED BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROSI CHAN AND INCLUDES EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS SUCH AS LUAN ZHENGJUN, AS WELL AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS SUCH AS LIU KIWEI, ZHANG BO, WANG HUA, ETC. The independent non-executive directors include Zhu Xunsheng, Lin Yiu Kin and Wun Ku.
