At the Annual General Meeting of Merger China held on 20 May 2024, all proposed resolutions were approved. This includes the adoption of the 2013 financial statements and Board reports, the re-election and appointment of directors, the renewal of auditors, and amendments to the articles of association. The meeting also adopted a resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to issue and repurchase the Company's shares. Mr. Jing Hong retired as Executive Director due to personal needs and Ms. Ma Zhixia was appointed as the new Executive Director. In addition, the company will no longer send publication notices to shareholders of the version of the company's newsletter and will instead be published on the company and exchange websites.
