(“ZA Online Fintech P&C”) will hold its Annual General Meeting in Shanghai on 20 June 2024 to consider a number of resolutions including Board reports, Supervisory Board reports, auditor's reports and financial statements. The meeting will also discuss the renewal of auditors and the approval of the 2024-2026 three-year capital planning report. In addition, the revised annual ceiling of the Internet Platform Cooperation Framework Agreement will be reviewed. In order to determine the list of shareholders entitled to attend the General Meeting, the registration of the Company's shares will be suspended from 17 to 20 June 2024.
