Nai Xue Tea Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced on 17 May 2024 the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. Wong Tak Wei due to other employment arrangements, confirming that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors and that no special notice to shareholders is required. On the same day, the Company appointed Mr. Ma Yu-chun as the new non-executive director. Mr. Ma has more than 15 years of experience in investment management, served as Managing Director of Tai Union Investment Group, and holds a bachelor's degree from Fudan University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. Mr. Ma's initial term of office is three years and will be eligible for re-election to a consecutive term until the next Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Wong for his contributions during his tenure and welcomed Mr. Ma's participation.
