Fountain Pen Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting on 13 June 2024 at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Hong Kong Central. The meeting will consider a number of resolutions, including adoption of audited financial statements and board reports for 2023, re-election of independent non-executive directors, and renewal of auditors. In addition, discussion will be given to authorize the Board of Directors to issue new shares, repurchase shares, and possibly expand the general mandate to distribute shares within a specified period. The meeting will also decide whether to approve the grant of 700 million restricted shares to Mr. Wei Liang. Share transfer registration will be suspended from 7 to 13 June 2024.
