Zhongjin Mining Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) will hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2024 in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, China, and will consider and approve the special resolution amending the Company's Articles of Association. This meeting is a further addition to the previous Circular and Circulars issued on 22 April 2024 and the Supplementary Circular issued on 10 May 2024. The meeting will be held in our conference room and, in addition to the consideration of amendments to the Articles of Association, the authorized representative will take the necessary steps to ensure the validity of the amendments, including registration and filing with relevant government departments in China and Hong Kong.
