NEESHI ELECTRIC MOTOR NEW MATERIALS HOLDINGS LIMITED (“LENIC ELECTRIC NEW MATERIALS”) ANNOUNCED THAT ITS SHARE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED ON MAY 8, 2024, INVOLVING THE ISSUANCE OF 2,400,000 NEW SHARES AS PREMIUM SHARES UNDER GENERAL MANDATES TO PAY THE PRICE UNDER THE TERMS OF THE NOMINATION LETTER. The new shares accounted for approximately 0.27% of the issued share capital of the company after the expansion. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (The Stock Exchange) has approved the listing and trading of premium shares. Upon completion of the share transaction, Maxim Partners LLC became the new shareholder of the company, with Mr. Clifford A. Teller as the ultimate beneficial owner of Maxim. Following the transaction, the Company's shareholding structure has also been adjusted, with the holding ratio of Executive Directors Mr. Yi-yen Chen and Mr. Liu Hingda at 10.87% and 6.13%, respectively.
