China Marine Petroleum Limited announced that it will distribute to shareholders a final dividend of HK$0.66 per share (tax included) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 7 June 2024. The Register of Shareholders will suspend registration from 4 June to 7 June 2024 in order to confirm shareholders' right to attend general meetings and vote. IF THE DIVIDEND IS APPROVED, THE REGISTER WILL BE CLOSED AGAIN FROM 17 TO 21 JUNE 2024 TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY OF DIVIDENDS. The final dividend is expected to be distributed on 12 July 2024. In addition, under Chinese tax law, the company will deduct 10% corporate income tax for non-resident enterprises. Non-resident shareholders are required to submit relevant supporting documents by 14 June 2024 if they qualify for tax relief.
