The Special Meeting of Fund Unit Holders will be held on 29 May 2024 at the Ballroom, 18/F, 118 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Kowloon, Hong Kong. THE MEETING WILL CONSIDER AND PASS ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRANSACTIONS AND NEW CAPS. The Fund is managed by Hang Kei Sunshine Asset Management Limited and authorized by the Board of Directors, Directors and Trustees to take the necessary steps to enforce the resolutions. Fund unit holders who wish to appoint a representative to attend the General Meeting must submit their proxy form 48 hours prior to the meeting. Transfer registration of fund units will be suspended from 24 to 29 May 2024.
