XINYI PHOTOENERGY HOLDINGS LIMITED WILL HOLD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 31 MAY 2024 TO DISCUSS ISSUES INCLUDING AUDITING 2023 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, DECLARING FINAL DIVIDENDS, ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND REMUNERATION, APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS. The meeting will also discuss general mandates to repurchase and issue shares and approve the 2024 share option plan. Shareholders will vote on each of the above resolutions. The registration of shares will be suspended from May 28 to 31 and June 6 to 11 to determine the eligibility of shareholders to attend the General Meeting and receive the final dividend. In case of adverse weather, the Annual General Meeting will be closed and the extension of the meeting will be arranged separately.
