The meeting adopted a number of resolutions including Board Work Report, Supervisory Board Work Report, Financial Report, Profit Distribution Projections, Appointment of Auditors, and Bond and Share Issuance. The Annual General Meeting used live voting and online voting, with approximately 69.1166% of shareholders participating in the voting. All proposals received the support of more than half of the shareholders, with the special resolution receiving more than two-thirds of the votes. The meeting also included elections for members of the Board of Directors and members of the Supervisory Board, with all directors attending the general meeting.
