IGG Inc will hold its Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2024 at the Hai Fu Centre, Hong Kong. The Meeting will review and consider the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 and will conduct the re-election and selection of Board members. The meeting will reappoint the KPMG as auditor and authorize the Board of Directors to determine the remuneration of directors. In addition, the ordinary resolution of the authorized directors to distribute unissued shares within a specified period, as well as the ordinary resolution to repurchase the shares of the company, will be discussed. The meeting will also consider a special resolution, including the approval of amendments to the company's articles of association. Shareholders will not be able to register shares from 23 May to 29 May 2024.
