China Postal Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (“Postal Reserve Bank”) announced on 29 April 2024 that its Board of Directors has adopted a resolution agreeing to renew the accounting offices of Daqin Huayong Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) and Tak Kuan Guan Chan Wong Fang Accounting Firm in 2024. The decision was presented and approved at the Board's Audit Committee meeting on April 22 of the same year. THE RENEWED ACCOUNTING FIRM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ANNUAL AUDITS AND RELATED SERVICES TO POSTAL BANK'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHINESE CORPORATE ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARDS. This appointment is still subject to submission for consideration at the 2023 General Meeting and will take effect from the date of approval by the General Meeting.
