NEW FOCUS AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED WILL HOLD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN SHANGHAI ON 28 JUNE 2024 TO REVIEW AND ADOPT AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, BOARD REPORTS AND AUDITOR REPORTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023. Directors will be re-elected at the meeting, including Mr. Yufei as Executive Director, and Mr. Li Qingwen, Zhang Kaichi, and Mr. Wong Bo as independent non-executive directors. In addition, the meeting will renew the appointment of the National Guard Accounting Office as auditor and authorize the Board to determine remuneration. The General Meeting will also consider authorizing directors to issue new shares within a specified period, repurchase company shares, and expand the directors' power to distribute and process shares. Share transfer registration will be suspended from 21 to 28 June.
