China Uniplastic Group Holdings Limited announced that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 May 2024 at the Peninsula Hotel Salisbury Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The meeting will discuss resolutions including the adoption of the 2023 financial statements, the declaration of a final dividend, the election of directors and the appointment of an independent auditor. Shareholders will vote on the re-election of several directors such as Mr. Kong Siu-chung and the new appointment of Dr. Song Khuming. In addition, the General Meeting shall authorize the Board of Directors to determine the remuneration of directors. Shareholders may appoint representatives to attend the meeting and vote. The proxy form must be delivered to the designated location 48 hours prior to the meeting.
