Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust Fund (“Yuexiu Real Estate Fund”) has recently issued a notice of change of return inviting fund unit holders to update how they receive company communications. Holders may choose to receive only printed copies in English or Chinese, or to receive both language versions at the same time. They may also obtain an electronic version and receive email notifications by visiting the Fund's website. In addition, if holders have difficulty obtaining electronic documents, the Fund will provide printed copies free of charge upon request. The Fund emphasises that if holders fail to provide sufficient personal data, they may not be able to process their instructions and remind joint holders to sign the retraction by the first person on the register. Yuexiu Real Estate Fund also provides the right to access and modify personal data and has attached a mailing label to facilitate the return of the form by the holder.
