BYADY CORPORATION (THE “COMPANY”) WILL HOLD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON JUNE 6, 2024 TO CONSIDER A NUMBER OF PROPOSALS INCLUDING THE ANNUAL REPORT, PROFIT DISTRIBUTION PLAN, BOARD REPORT, ETC. In addition, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association and General Meeting Rules will be proposed and votes will be held on issues such as the provision of guarantees, daily associated transaction estimates, general authorization to issue shares. The meeting will also discuss issues such as the authorization to issue debt financing instruments, purchase of directors' liability insurance. Notice of the General Meeting was issued on 26 April 2024 and the transfer of H Shares will be suspended prior to the meeting.
