Conch Startup will hold its Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2024. The meeting will address issues including the re-election and election of directors, the granting of general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, and the declaration of a final dividend. The Board proposes to pay a final cash dividend of HK$0.20 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, expected to be paid on 26 July 2024. In addition, the Board of Directors has nominated Ms. Cheng Yanlei as an independent non-executive director and, subject to shareholder approval, Ms. Cheng will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Audit Committee.
