The meeting will include the review of consolidated financial statements, directors' and auditor's reports, and votes on such matters as election of directors, remuneration of directors, appointment and remuneration of auditors, share issuance and repurchase authorization. In addition, the meeting will consider amendments to the Company's Stock Option Scheme, the Restricted Share Award Scheme, and the adoption of the Company's Articles of Association and the Articles of Association.
