Decon Farm will be held on 10 May 2024 at the 2023 Annual General Meeting in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The meeting will discuss issues including Board and Supervisory Board work reports, 2023 report, 2024 Financial Budget Plan, 2023 Annual Report, Director and Supervisor Remuneration, Reappointment of Auditors, Grant Quota Application, Subsidiary Guarantee, etc. In addition, amendments to the articles of association, issuance of new H shares and repurchase of H shares will be discussed. Shareholders shall appoint representatives to attend the General Meeting and vote as directed or, if not specifically instructed, by the representative at their discretion.
