Plan 1 is to access the electronic version via the company and the HKEX website, and plan 2 is a printed copy by post. Non-registered holders are required to provide an email address to the intermediary to receive communications, otherwise they will not be able to receive an email notification, but will receive a notification letter. If a shareholder chooses to receive a printed copy, they must return the completed return. This arrangement is effective for one year from receipt of the instruction, unless a withdrawal or amendment is made by the shareholder.
