The meeting will deal with matters such as the election of directors, the authorization of the Board to issue new shares and the repurchase of company shares. Shareholders who submit the proxy form by 2.15pm on 21 May 2024 may appoint the Chairman of the General Meeting as their representative. In addition, shareholders have the option to participate in the meeting and vote via the online platform. In case of bad weather or other special circumstances, the meeting will be postponed until 28 May.
