Power Industries Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 May 2024 at 2:45pm. The venue will be held at the Banquet Hall and Internet Platform on the 1st floor of the Grand Luc Hotel Kowloon Harbour Plaza, 20 Tak Fung Street, Kowloon Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The meeting will discuss resolutions including accepting the 2023 audited financial statements, declaring a final dividend, electing directors and appointing auditors. Shareholders may appoint representatives to attend the meeting and vote, and a proxy must be submitted 48 hours prior to the meeting. In the event of a black storm, tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above, or “extreme conditions” announced by the Hong Kong Government, the meeting will be postponed until 27 May.
