IN THE FORM OF A MIXED MEETING AT THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE GRAND LUO HOTEL, KOWLOON HARBOR, HONG KONG AND THE ONLINE PLATFORM. The registration of shares will be suspended from 20 to 23 May to determine the right of shareholders to attend the General Meeting and to vote. The final dividend will be distributed on June 13.
