The Board of Directors is chaired by the Executive Director, Mr. Li Chen, and includes Mr. Zhang Guangping, Mr. Li Yi and Ms. Hong Yuanshu. The Non-Executive Director is Mr. Kung Jianhua. The independent non-executive directors include Mr. Zhao Tsuruming, Mr. Wen Chenggjing and Mr. Ma Ming.
