MGM China will hold its Annual General Meeting on 31 May 2024. The meeting will include the audit of the 2023 financial statements, the declaration of a final dividend of HK$0.243 per share, the election of directors and remuneration, and the reappointment of Dell Accounting Firm. In addition, the Board of Directors will be authorized to distribute and buy shares of the Company within a specified period and may repurchase shares not exceeding 10% of the total issued shares. The Notice of the General Meeting also mentions that shareholders are required to register shares by 4:30pm on 20 May 2024 in order to attend the General Meeting and vote. The final dividend is expected to be paid on 20 June 2024 to eligible shareholders.
