POWER DEVELOPMENT GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCED THAT ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON 7 MAY 2024, WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE AUDIT OF THE 2023 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, THE DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDENDS, THE ELECTION AND REMUNERATION OF DIRECTORS, AND THE APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS. In addition, proposals to authorize directors to issue and repurchase shares in the coming year and amendments to the articles of association will be discussed. Shareholders will decide whether to pass a final dividend of HK$0.05 per share and whether to re-elect Mr. Li Bo, Mr. Chan Kwong Nat and Ms. Xue Wai as directors. The meeting will also decide whether to reappoint the KPMG firm as auditor. The registration of shares will be suspended from 2 to 7 May and 14 to 17 May in order to determine the eligibility of shareholders to attend the General Meeting and to receive the final dividend.
