This revision is intended to reflect changes in the share capital structure following the full circulation of H shares and includes certain internal changes. This includes extending the notice period of the Board meeting from 10 days to 14 days. The proposed amendment was approved by the Board of Directors on 8 April 2024 and will be considered by shareholders at the General Meeting.
