On 2 April 2024, the US Group announced that it has granted a total of 60,218,136 restricted shares to certain employees and service providers of the Group under the Initial Public Offering Share Award Scheme. Of these, 60,146,301 shares were awarded to employees and 71,835 shares were awarded to service providers. The restricted share units granted are priced at zero and have different attribution periods, with employee attribution periods ranging from 24 to 120 months and service providers from 24 to 48 months. The purpose of the grant is to align the interests of the grantors with those of the Group and to encourage them to contribute to the long-term development and profit growth of the Group. Following the grant, the number of shares available for future issuance is 487,943,848 shares under the plan limit and the service provider split limit is 62,329,530 shares.
