CHINA PETROGAS HOLDINGS LIMITED (“CHINA PETROLEUM GAS”) ANNOUNCED ON 28 MARCH 2024 THAT THE HIGH COURT HAD APPROVED CHANGING THE DATE OF THE LIQUIDATION PETITION HEARING ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR 18 DECEMBER 2023 TO 29 APRIL 2024. The hearing is an update on the Company's Insider Information Liquidation Petition and is the latest in a series of announcements by the Company between August 2022 and January 2024. China Petroleum said it would issue a further announcement in due course to inform shareholders and investors of any significant progress. The Company also reminds shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading shares.
