According to the report, the ICBC Audit Committee has audited and evaluated the services of the firm and approved the appointment of TCM Hong Kong as a domestic accounting firm for 2023 at its meeting in April 2023, while renewing the appointment of Tachin Hong Kong as an international accounting firm. The Audit Committee communicated well with the two accounting firms on the professional service program, progress and results for 2023 and expressed satisfaction with its independence and quality control.
