The Board of Directors has no disagreement and is not required to inform shareholders or the exchange separately. ON THE SAME DAY, MR. HU XU AND MR. CHENG CHENG JEE WERE APPOINTED AS JOINT COMPANY SECRETARIES, AND MR. CHENG WILL ALSO ACT AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES. Mr. Hu has held various positions in the Group since 2010, and is now Deputy General Manager and Director of the Board Office, and Mr. Zheng has more than 11 years of corporate secretarial experience. As Mr. Hu does not yet have the specific qualifications required by Section 3.28 of the Listing Rules, the Company has been approved by the Exchange to exempt the relevant provisions for three years, during which Mr. Cheng will be assisted by Mr. Cheng.
