China Central China held its first Extraordinary General Meeting of 2024 in Beijing on 19 March 2024. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Sun Yongkai and adopted a motion to supplement the third term of the Board of Directors. A total of 44 shareholders and agents were present, representing approximately 56.7% of the voting shares. Mr. MA Yun-Shuang was elected as an Executive Director and a member of the Board's Strategic Committee and Nomination Committee, and appointed as an Authorized Representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Mr. Sun Wing Chai no longer holds the position. The legality of the meeting is attested by the Beijing Jiayuan Law Firm.
