The main agenda is to review and approve the results report for the year ended 31 December 2023 and its publication. The meeting will also consider whether to issue a final dividend. The meeting will be attended by members of the Board, including Executive Director Mr. Liu Jianjun and Ms. Yao Hong. Postal Bank emphasises that although the company is listed in Hong Kong, it is not an accredited body under the Hong Kong Banking Ordinance and is not regulated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and is not authorised to engage in banking and/or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
