Central China Corporation (CICC) announced on 18 March 2024 that it will hold a Board Meeting on 28 March 2024, the main agenda of which is to review and approve the announcement of the annual results for the year ended 31 December 2023, and the proposed distribution of the final dividend will be discussed. The meeting will be attended by Executive Director Mr. Chen Liang, Non-Executive Director Ms. Zhang Wei, Mr. Kung Ling-yan and Mr. Duan Wen Weng, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Wu Kang-ping, Mr. Lu Zhengfei, Mr. Peter Nolan and Mr. Zhou Yu.
