Golden Shan Software Limited announced that a Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, for the primary purpose of reviewing and approving the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2023, and to consider whether to issue a final dividend. The meeting will be chaired by Lei Jun, Chairman of the Company. At present, the Executive Director of Jinshan Software is Mr. Zou Tao. Non-Executive Directors include Mr. Lei Jun, Mr. Yue Beijun and Mr. Yao Lei Wen. The Independent Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Wang Shunde, Mr. Chan Sau Tao and Ms. Wu Wenji.
