This action is based on the “Comprehensive Circulation” Business Guideline on Applications for Unlisted Shares in H-Shares Companies, issued on 14 November 2019 and amended on 10 August 2023. Completion of the conversion and listing is subject to the approval of the China Securities and Exchange Commission, the exchange and other relevant regulatory bodies and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and regulations.
