Yixin Group Limited (the “Yixin Group”) will hold a Board Meeting on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at which time the Annual Results Announcement for the year ended December 31, 2023 will be considered and approved and discussed whether to issue a final dividend. The meeting was announced by the Chairman of the Company, Mr. ZHANG Su-An, on 16 February 2024. The members of the Board of Directors include Executive Directors Mr. ZHANG Su-An and Mr. Jiang Dong, Non-Executive Directors Mr. Tse Ching Wah, Mr. Mui Qin and Ms. Chu Zhi Xin, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Yuan Tianfan, Mr. Kwok Chun-ho and Ms. Dong Li.
