The exercise price of the common stock option is HK$11.432 per share, based on the closing price of HK$11.16 on the date of the authorization, the average closing price of HK$11.432 for the first five business days and the par value of the shares at $0.00002. The exercise of the right to purchase shares will be effective upon acceptance by the grantor.
