(Decon Farms) announced on 6 February 2024 that it will change the way corporate communications are published under the new listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (HKEX). Effective December 31, 2023, Decon Farms will send corporate newsletters to shareholders for action by email and will be published on the company's and exchange websites. The Company will no longer send notices of the website version of the Corporate Newsletter to shareholders, encouraging shareholders to actively keep an eye out for updates on the website. If shareholders find it difficult to receive communications electronically, they may make a written request to the Company to obtain printed corporate communications. Decon Farm recommends that shareholders provide a valid email address for future electronic communications and have a QR code for shareholders to scan to complete the online form.
