Fu Chi Kang Group Limited (“Fu Chi Kang”) will hold a Board Meeting on Thursday, 7 March 2024, at which time the Annual Results Report for the year ended 31 December 2023 and its publication will be considered and approved. The meeting will also discuss the possibility of paying a final dividend. The meeting will be hosted by the three Executive Directors, Mr. Chiu Yuyang, Dr. Kwok Wen Yi and Mr. Lin Jiayi, a Non-Executive Director, Mr. Zhang Tsuwang, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Liu Shao Kei, Ms. Chan Suk Chuan and Mr. Yen-chen Chiu.
