Xuhui Yongsheng Services Group Co., Ltd. (“Xuhui Yongsheng Services”) will hold a special general meeting on February 28, 2024 at the Hengkei Xuhui Centre in the Minhang District of Shanghai, China. The meeting will discuss and vote on two motions: a separate agreement to confirm, approve and uphold a separate agreement for the provision of sales agent services to Xuhui Holdings (Group) Limited, including a maximum daily maximum balance limit for refundable deposit payments; and two, to rename the company in English as “CIFI Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited” changed to “Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited”, dual Chinese foreign name changed to “Xuhui Yingsheng Services Group Limited” was changed to “Yongsheng Service Group Co., Ltd.” Shareholders will vote at the meeting or by appointment of a representative. In order to determine the shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote, the registration of the Company's shares will be suspended from 23 to 28 February 2024.
