Kwong Hai Investment Co., Ltd. (Kwun Hai Investment) and its subsidiary Kwong Hai Land Holdings Limited (Kwong Hai Land) announced on 30 January 2024 that Cantonhai Land and Kwong Hai Property Management Limited (Kwong Hai Property Management) have entered into a Property Management Services Framework Agreement. The Agreement allows Kung Hai Property Management Group to provide property management services to Kung Hai Land Group for a period of time until 31 December 2026. Cong Hai Property Management is a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Cong Hai Holdings Group Limited. Cong Hai Holdings is the ultimate holding shareholder of Cong Hai Investment and Cong Hai Land. Therefore, this transaction constitutes a continuing connected transaction and is subject to the annual review and announcement requirements of Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules. Cantonese Land will send a circular to shareholders on or before 6 March 2024 and convene a special general meeting to approve the framework agreement and its transaction.
