(“Decon Farming”) announces that it has received on 17 January 2024 a notice of filing by the China Securities and Exchange Commission approving its implementation of the H-Share Circulation Scheme. The scheme will convert no more than 61,944,501 equity shares (representing approximately 15.93% of the company's issued share capital) into H shares that can be listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The notice of filing is valid for 12 months from 17 January 2024. Decon Farms will apply to the Listing Committee of the Exchange for approval of the listing and sale of the relevant H shares.
