DAO CHUN YUN HOLDINGS LIMITED (“DAO CHUNYUN”) ANNOUNCED ON 10 JANUARY 2024 THAT MS. LIU HUNG HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY. Ms. LAU has over 7 years of corporate and corporate management experience, has held senior management positions in several Chinese companies and received the Higher Diploma in Business Management from London College of Excellence, Hong Kong in January 2024. SHE WILL ADVISE ON THE BUSINESS AND CORPORATE STRATEGY OF MULTI CLOUD GROUP, ESPECIALLY THE APPLICATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTENT RESOURCES IN THE AREAS OF TOURISM, HOTELS AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT. Ms. LAU has signed a three-year service contract with a service contract of HK$120,000 per year and will be retired and re-elected at the AGM at least once every three years in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and Listing Rules. The Board of Directors welcomes Ms. Liu's accession.
