Eligible Shareholders who hold 1,000 shares or more may elect to receive US Depositary Shares or Cash for distribution. Shareholders who elect to receive US Depositary Shares shall be sent to the Share Transfer Registry by 4:30pm on 23 January 2024. Shareholders who fail to provide correct escrow participant account information will choose to receive cash by default.
