The error relates to the incorrect listing of the names of the directors of the vote in the resolution to commission loans to All Hai and Pingjia Investments, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Yingmao Properties, under the new framework agreement. The Clarification Notice states that the director who abdicated the vote should be Ms. Wang Wai, and not Mr. Chen Chuan, who had previously been erroneously recorded.
